At Bowlory, every piece is carefully handcrafted to order. We take pride in creating wooden products that are made with attention to detail and built to last. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We have a 72-hour return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Return requests must be approved by our team before the product is sent back.

Return Requirements

To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:

• Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

• Share the complete video with us on WhatsApp at +92 339 7014 354.

• Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Bowlory allows customers to open and inspect their parcel at the time of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If your claim is approved, we will craft and ship a replacement within our standard production time of 5 working days.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong product

• No longer wanting the item after delivery

Natural Characteristics of Wood

Every Bowlory product is made from natural wood, making each piece unique.

The following are natural characteristics and are not considered defects:

• Variations in wood grain, texture, color, or finish.

• Minor differences between product photos and the item received.

• Natural movement of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity.

• Slight expansion, contraction, or shifting caused by climate and moisture.

These natural characteristics are part of authentic handcrafted wooden products and are not valid reasons for return or exchange.

Care Guide Compliance

Our wooden products are designed to last when cared for correctly. Before requesting a return or exchange, please ensure the product has been used and maintained according to our Care Guide available on our website.

Products found to have been damaged due to improper care or use that does not comply with our Care Guide will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
  

• Products damaged due to misuse or failure to follow our Care Guide.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the original product to Bowlory at their own shipping cost.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the replacement product will be handcrafted and shipped within our standard production time of 5 working days.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product confirmed by Bowlory, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
