At Bowlory, every product is handcrafted with care and made to order. We take the time to ensure each piece meets our quality standards before it is shipped to you.

Order Processing

All standard orders are handcrafted and prepared for dispatch within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Custom or personalized orders may require more or fewer than 5 working days, depending on the design and production requirements. The estimated production timeline will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

Payment Method

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. While most orders arrive within a few working days after dispatch, delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Open Parcel Inspection

For your peace of mind, Bowlory allows customers to open and inspect their parcel before making payment.

We recommend carefully checking your order at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately through WhatsApp at +92 339 7014 354.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide your shipment details so you can track your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to Bowlory due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, any additional shipping charges required to resend the order will be the customer's responsibility.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, severe weather, courier service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
